For small businesses - Starter Plan
Starter Plan is the best option for small-sized teams that base customer support on live conversations. In the starter plan, you receive up to 100 conversations (unique threads), up to 500 chatbot triggers, access to the Live Visitor List, a Basic analytics panel & simple chatbot templates.
The Communicator upgrade is a quality improvement to your account and the best option for mid-sized teams that base customer support on live conversations. This plan works for up to 5 operators. If you need more operators, please consider our custom Tidio+ plan.

The Live Typing preview allows you to see your visitor's messages as they are typed in real-time. This way, you can think of a reply before the visitor even sends their question.
The Visitors list
The live Visitors list will show you all the people currently browsing your website. Here, it is possible to begin chatting with a selected visitor proactively. Furthermore, the list will show you some primary data and the page they're currently on.

The Viewed Pages history displays the most recent page accessed by the visitor within your website (as long as Tidio is installed there). This allows you to identify what the visitor is browsing, like a particular product page. The list also includes a timestamp for the specific page's visit.
Visitors' notes allow you to add notes and comments to the chat conversations with your website visitors. That way, you can include important information about the customer, which may be later helpful for the next operators.
Permission settings give you the ability to set up custom permissions for each of your operators. That way, you can restrict your operators' access to some sections of the Tidio account. You can learn more about permissions by looking at our Permissions article.
Adding more operators
On top of the other features, the Communicator upgrade allows you to purchase more operator seats (up to 5 operators). That means you can have more people to help you manage incoming chats. Each extra operator will require a communicator subscription.

The Chatbots Plan
Upgrade to the Chatbots plan to harness the power of automated messages and expand your reach to more customers. With the Chatbots package, you receive a higher monthly trigger limit, allowing you to engage with more visitors using bot-driven messages.
We currently offer chatbot packages starting from 2000 to 40 000 visitors reach, which allows you to reach up to 40k unique website visitors. The price for 2000 unique visitors reach starts at $29.
What is a trigger?
Technically, a trigger is an input that tells the bot to activate in a specific situation (e.g., when a new visitor enters your site or when a visitor is waiting for your operator's response for too long, etc.).
In practice: when a bot is triggered, it has been used. This means your monthly trigger limit is a monthly limit for your bot usage.
In the free plan (as well as the Communicator plan), the number of triggers is limited to 100 per month.
One trigger equals one unique visitor who receives at least one automated message. You can send multiple automated messages (e.g., a welcome message for new visitors, discounts for returning visitors, auto-replies for missed chats, etc.) to one unique visitor, which would still be counted as one trigger.

If you wish to hide the Tidio logo from your chat widget - the remove Tidio branding plan is for you! The logo will be hidden from your chat widget & email communications.
If you wish to replace the Tidio logo with your own - you can do that on our custom Tidio+ plan.
