Over the next several weeks, Tidio will present a refreshed panel experience — providing a more user-friendly interface that’s modern and accessible, while still remaining familiar to existing operators.
The key improvements include:
A fresh new look with improved hierarchy
The new panel features an enhanced layout, focusing on contrast and prioritizing key elements on every page.
Each section’s main content is placed against a white background, while navigation elements remain accessible against a grey background. All pages now have titles, enhancing the overall structure.
Restructured main navigation
Navigation in general has been reorganized, with the Dashboard at the top and the User menu easily accessible from the bottom-left corner (as opposed to the top-right corner in the past). We’ve also tweaked the colors and icons for better readability.
A more intuitive Inbox
We’ve also made changes to how the general Inbox is ogranized, allowing for quicker operation.
Everyday actions for managing conversations and tickets are now placed at the top panel of the new Inbox interface, directly above the given conversation (or ticket):
We’ve made bulk actions much easier as well. Actions such as solving, deleting, or re-assigning can now be done by selecting multiple live conversations and tickets.
Additionally, the panel on the right (which displays any data available on the current customer) has been reorganized for improved navigation and easier scanning for information:
