You are all set; your integration with Brevo is ready. Now you can add new subscribers from Tidio to Brevo.
How to add new subscribers from Tidio to Brevo
New subscribers are added to Brevo from Tidio in a few scenarios:
Pre-Chat Survey
When you have the Pre-Chat Survey enabled and a user provides their email address and communication consent, this email will be automatically added to your Brevo list.
Manual status update
You can change a user’s subscriber status manually. When you change it to Subscribed, we will pass the user's email to Brevo.
Flow
You can add subscribers to Brevo using a flow and the Subscribe for Mailing node. When you collect an email address using such a flow, we pass it automatically to your Brevo list.
Troubleshooting the "not verified" message
If you see the "not verified" message while integrating Brevo with Tidio, don't worry!
Some time ago, Brevo changed their requirements to API calls, affecting all Brevo accounts created after May 16th 2024. To fix this, you simply need to add the following IP addresses to your whitelist:
- 52.40.200.248
- 52.39.10.61
- 52.26.59.155
To learn more about the details directly from Brevo's developers, please see this official Brevo documentation.
