Ask for feedback before a bad review is posted
This template allows you to engage with your customers via live chat before they post a negative review. You can turn a bad experience into an opportunity. Chatbot launches when a user wants to write a negative review of your product or store. It triggers for all: 1-, 2-, and 3-star ratings selected by a user.
Note: In template settings, you can select ratings that trigger this chatbot.
To enable this chatbot, go to Chatbots > Templates > All and browse for Judge.me. Then click the thumbnail.
Now press use template. You will be redirected to the chatbot creator.
When you finish adjusting the bot, press Save & activate. Boom! Your chatbot is now working.
Sending thank you after a good review is posted
This chatbot simply sends a thank you message on a live chat when someone posts a 4- or 5-star review.
To enable this chatbot, go to Chatbots > Templates > All and browse for Judge.me bot. Click on the thumbnail.
Now you can just press Use template, and you will be redirected to chatbot creator.
Now, you can adjust the bot and press Save & activate when the bot is ready. Boom! Your chatbot is now working. The chatbot will send thank you messages to every 4- and a 5-star rating.
