How to access the Tidio Academy

You can access the Tidio Academy by entering our website (tidio.com) and heading to the Resources tab at the top of the page. In there, open the Learn category on the left, and you will see the Academy section inside:

Once you’re there, you’ll see our first course, "Empowered Customer Service with Lyro AI Chatbot." To enroll in the course and begin your learning journey, click the Start free course button:

You’ll be asked to create a new account for the Tidio Academy platform.

Upon registering your initial account, you should receive an email requesting confirmation, which will ensure smooth access to the course content. Once your account is confirmed, you will immediately gain access to the course.

Within the course player, you can go through the learning activities either through the navigation sidebar or by using the previous and next buttons at the top:

You can see the course's available chapters in the Path tab on the left. You can track which learning activities have been reviewed or completed so far.
