Integration with Hubspot (Legacy)

See how to integrate Tidio Chat with your HubSpot account to send contacts to your HubSpot account straight from the chat conversation panel.

Integrate Tidio with HubSpot (legacy)

Open your Tidio admin panel and navigate to the Integration section located in the left sidebar, right above Settings. Then, click on the Hubspot tile.

You'll see a window with a summary of all integration benefits. To process, click on the blue Install Hubspot button. 

The app is now added to your account. To fully integrate Tidio with HubSpot, you need to create a Private App in Hubspot and copy-paste the Access Token to Tidio. Don’t worry! It sounds scary, but it is not!

Follow the instructions on how to create a Private App in Hubspot. When you reach the step of defining the Scope, select CRM and then check Write for Contact Objects. This option has to be checked for Tidio integration.

Finish Creating a Private App in Hubspot and copy Access Token.

Click the Save button, and that's it! Tidio is now integrated with your HubSpot account.

Send contacts to HubSpot

To send the contact collected through the Tidio chat widget, open the chat conversation with that contact and click on the three dots menu.

You can now click on the Add Hubspot email to send the contact to your HubSpot panel.
