Scheduled campaigns give you and your business more freedom to reach your audience at a perfect time. Imagine taking the day off and enjoying yourself with your loved ones while the email campaign reminds people about your business - even if you're not around.
Unlimited Number of Scheduled Campaigns
Great news! Tidio allows you to schedule an unlimited number of email campaigns. There are no restrictions on the number of campaigns you can schedule. Additionally, you can address your campaigns to any number of contacts as long as it falls within your monthly Email Marketing limit.
Our system will collect your email quota (from the contacts limit for Email Marketing) only once the campaign is sent to your contacts. We will not freeze your quota before our system actually starts sending the emails to your recipients. The quota will be collected from the billing cycle for which the email campaign is planned.
Scheduling Your Email Campaign
To schedule your email campaign in Tidio, follow these steps:
Ensure your emails are ready and proceed to the Send step in the email campaign editing tool.
In the Send step, you can choose a specific date and time for your campaign to be sent. Enter the desired date and time, keeping in mind that the duration of delivery depends on the number of recipients. Larger recipient lists may take several hours for the campaign to be fully delivered.
Once you've set the date and time, proceed to the last step, Send. Click on the green Schedule Now button to confirm your campaign. Double-check that the date and time are correct before proceeding.
After confirming your campaign by clicking OK, Schedule, your email campaign will be sent to your recipients on the scheduled date. Please sit back and relax while our system takes care of the rest.

Cancelling or Deleting a Scheduled Email Campaign:
You have the flexibility to cancel or delete a scheduled email campaign at any time before the scheduled date. Follow these steps:
Navigate to the Email Marketing section and find the Regular Campaigns section.
In the Scheduled section, you'll find your scheduled campaigns. Choose the campaign you wish to modify.
If you select the Cancel option, the campaign will be saved as a draft, allowing you to make changes and reschedule it for a later date.
Alternatively, choosing the Delete option will permanently remove the campaign from your "All Campaigns" list. Please note that deleted campaigns cannot be retrieved.
