You can ban visitors during the chat conversation based on their IP address. Banned visitors will no longer be able to see your Tidio chat widget installed on your website. This action can be later undone in the Settings panel.

Ban a Visitor
To ban a visitor, you need to enter the chat conversation with a chosen visitor. On the right side, you'll see the Visitor's details. Click on the three dots menu and then select the Ban visitor option.
The Visitor is now banned. You can see all the banned visitors (email addresses) in the Settings > General > Project & Billing > Preferences > Banned Visitors.
Unban the Visitor
To unban the visitors, go to the Settings > General > Project & Billing > Preferences > Banned Visitors section.
To unban the Visitor, click on the Delete button next to the email address of the banned Visitor. Now the Visitor can write to you again, and the message will be displayed in the Unassigned Conversations folder.
