Remove Tidio Branding
The option to remove the Tidio branding is available for all of our users on the paid plans. You can add this option to your subscription after choosing one of the paid plans.
The plan can be added enabling the toggle next to the No branding option. Once you are ready to add the plan, click on the checkout button to fill up the credit card details.
The plan is now added to your account.
The last step to remove the branding is to confirm the changes in your appearance section of Tidio. To do that, head over to the Settings > Channels > Live Chat > Appearance > Widget Settings > Appearance section. Then, scroll the page all the way down and enforce the changes by clicking on the save button.
All done, the branding should now be removed from your Tidio chat widget and the emails sent from your Tidio admin panel & email marketing campaign tool.
You can test that by refreshing your page or, opening your website in a completely new, incognito window.
