The option to remove the Tidio branding is available in your Upgrade panel below the Communicator & Chatbots plans.
The plan can be added by clicking on the button Add to order. Once you added all of the plans you're interested in, click on the Update my account button to fill up the credit card details.
The plan is now added to your account.
How to remove the branding
The last step to remove the branding is to confirm the changes in your appearance section of the Tidio panel. To do that, navigate to Settings > Channels > Live Chat > Appearance section. Then, scroll the page all the way down and enforce the changes by clicking on the Save button.
All done, the branding should now be removed from your Tidio chat widget and the emails sent from your Tidio admin panel & email marketing campaign tool.
You can test that by refreshing your page or, opening your website in a completely new, incognito window.
