All the identified topics are available for you in the Analytics section, where our system recommends configuring AI Response Bot (the NLP chatbot) that automates answers to the most common customers' questions for you. 



See the questions and adjust the NLP chatbots to save time handling your customers. 



You can access all the bots to add even more advanced improvements, such as additional actions & conditions in the chatbots section of your panel. The bot will be named the same as the Question Topic (e.g. Shipping Policy) of collected messages.  



Each time Visitors ask questions similar to the one chosen in AI Response Bot; the chatbot automatically provides the right answer. It means that Chat Agents don't have to answer the most repetitive questions anymore! Time saved!
