Learn how to download a monthly or yearly subscription invoice from the Settings panel of your Tidio account.
In this article, you'll learn:
Download an invoice
To download the invoice go to Settings > General > Project & Billing > Billing > Invoices section and click on the Send the invoice button next to your chosen invoice.
💡
Please, make sure your Billing details are entered into our system. Otherwise, we will not be able to send the invoice to you.
The email with the invoice will be sent to the email address you created your Tidio account with. Once you open the email, you'll see the button that allows you to download the invoice.
Change invoice details
To change the details visible on your invoices, go to the Settings > General > Project & Billing > Billing > Billing Details section.
In the following window(Edit billing details), you can change:
- The company name
- Address
- Tax Number
- Invoicing email
Change the US residency details
If you're a US citizen and wish to change your US residency details, you can change them by going to the Settings > General > Project & Billing > Billing > Billing details section and clicking on the Change US Residency details button.
